Ingredients

Chelated Iron, FeHEDTA. A concentrated iron compound that broadleaf weeds absorb too quickly, causing them to dry out and brown. Grass absorbs it slowly and remains unaffected.

How to use

For best results, apply when temps are between 50 to 85 degrees F when no rain is expected for at least 3 hours.

Pour one full bottle of Dandelion Doom concentrate into the reusable pouch and attach the sprayer.

Use your outside hose to fill the pouch up to the 1 gallon mark. Secure the cap and shake well.

Spray onto weeds in your lawn until all the leaves are entirely covered.

Repeat treatment in 3 to 4 weeks, or as needed. Store your wand sprayer and pouch for future use.

When is the best time to apply Dandelion Doom?

Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate works best when temperatures are between 50 to 85 degrees F with no rain expected for 3 or more hours. Spray when weeds are actively growing for the strongest results.

Will Dandelion Doom hurt my grass?

Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate targets broadleaf weeds, not grass. Grass absorbs iron slowly and uses it as a nutrient, so your lawn may actually look greener after application. Some temporary dark discoloration is normal.

What weeds does Dandelion Doom control?

Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate controls broadleaf weeds including dandelions, clover, chickweed, creeping charlie, thistle, plantain, oxalis, and speedwell. It also controls moss, algae, lichens, and suppresses lawn diseases like dollar spot and rust.

How long does Dandelion Doom take to work?

Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate shows visible results within hours of application. Fully drenched weeds will dry up within 24 hours depending on the size and maturity of the plant. Repeat treatment in 3 to 4 weeks if needed.

How does iron based weed control work on lawns?

Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate uses iron (FeHEDTA) to overload broadleaf weeds. Weeds absorb the iron too quickly and it becomes toxic. Grass absorbs the iron slowly and tolerates higher amounts, so it stays healthy.

Can I use Dandelion Doom with other Sunday lawn products?

Yes! Dandelion Doom Herbicide Concentrate can be applied before or after lawn fertilizer. Let the weed control dry completely before applying other Sunday liquid products or watering your lawn. The longer it sits on the leaves, the more effective it is.
